• Account information: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, password (stored encrypted), and account type (Buyer, Supplier, or Admin).
• Business & company information (Suppliers): company name, business type, tax/GST registration ID, country, factory or warehouse details, certifications, and verification documents you submit for KYC review.
• Transaction information: requests for quotation (RFQs), quotes, purchase orders, cart contents, shipping addresses, order history, invoices, coupon usage, and dispute records.
• Communications: messages sent through our in-platform Messenger between buyers and suppliers, product questions & answers, support tickets, and any attachments you share.
• Usage data: pages and products you view, your recently browsed products and search history (used to personalize "Browsing History" and recommendations), categories you follow, and general interaction with listings.
• Device & log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring pages, and timestamps, collected automatically for security and analytics purposes.
• Location & preference data: your selected delivery country, currency, and language preferences.
• Payment information: where applicable, payment and payout details are processed by our payment and banking partners; Bexim does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your Buyer, Supplier, or Admin account.
• To connect buyers with suppliers, facilitate RFQs, quotes, orders, and Trade Assurance / escrow protection.
• To process payments, commissions, and vendor payouts.
• To enable in-platform messaging between buyers and suppliers.
• To send you order updates, RFQ responses, notifications, and service-related emails.
• To personalize your experience, including recently viewed products, top-ranking recommendations, and search results.
• To verify supplier identity and business legitimacy (KYC, factory inspection, verification tiers).
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, disputes, and policy violations.
• To improve our platform through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
• To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With the other party to a transaction: when you send an RFQ, request a quote, place an order, or message a supplier/buyer, the necessary contact and business details are shared with that counterparty so the trade can proceed.
• With service providers: payment processors, cloud hosting providers, email/SMS delivery services, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• For legal reasons: if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bexim, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy continuing to apply to your information.
• With your consent: for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time information is collected.

• Account deletion: you may permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time from Account Settings, Delete Account. Some transaction records may be retained as described above where legally required.

• Data portability & requests: you may contact us using the details below to request a copy of your data or ask questions about how it is processed.

Children's Privacy

Bexim.com is a business-to-business platform intended for use by business owners, procurement professionals, and adults acting on behalf of a company. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Data Transfers

Bexim.com serves buyers and suppliers across multiple countries and regions.
